  • Store Manager (Trainee)

    This position is a training position during which an individual acquires the baseline knowledge and competence of a successful manager within a Growby's RTO Home Furnishings store.

    A Manager is accountable for acquiring the knowledge and competence requisite to be capable of directing the daily activities of employees toward established store goals.  The Manager will learn how to operate the store within the policies and procedures established by the company, improve sales revenue and control cost of operations.  Managers should maintain a high level of initiative and commitment to the store goals.
